Inspired by the Blue Zones Power 9® principles, this challenge highlights a different Power 9 theme each week, from moving naturally to focusing on living with purpose. Participate each week and continue improving your well-being on your way to a longer, healthier life!
Move Naturally Step Challenge: January 7 – 13
The world’s longest-living, happiest people tend to move their bodies more naturally and consistently, like walking to the store or parking further away from their destination. Add more natural movement to your daily routine by taking the Step Challenge. Track 10,000 steps for 7 days.
Relax Your Mind Purpose Challenge: January 14 – 20
In the original blue zone areas, residents are known to place special emphasis on their reason for being. People with clear purpose live longer an dare happier and more productive. Deepen your sense of purpose by taking a daily pause to reflect and refocus. Answer the daily question about having a calm or productive day for 7 days.
Eat Wisely Challenge: January 21 – 27
When you put more plants on your plate, you can eat your way to a better, healthier, longer life. Discover new foods, explore a plant-based diet, and maybe even admit that eating healthy can be delicious. Track your healthy foods in the green for 7 days.
Simple Peace Downshift Challenge: January 28 – February4
Meditation is one way to help give your outlook an easy lift. Creating daily time and space to downshift and focus on what matters will help keep the stresses of life at bay.
