Ryan’s passion for health and wellness coaching started straight out of college.  Having worked for Adventist Health, he was able to hone his craft by recognizing that the best way to support and guide his fellow community to successful lifestyle change was through example.  Following in the footsteps of a classic California boy, he decided to attend school out of state and travel to Nebraska to pursue a degree in International Rescue and Relief with an emphasis in project development with goals and aspirations to serve those in need.  This experience allowed for him to have nearly one and a half years of international travel in mission service mostly in the countries of Honduras and Nicaragua. During the Pandemic he realized that no one had ever heard of his specific degree so in one year and one day he started and completed his Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management while working full time.  A journey that has been full of love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, gentleness, and self-control due to the grace of his loving Savior Jesus, has led him to Blue Zones Project with the goal of teaming up with the Blue Zones Projects team, Adventist Health, Mendocino County community, and Sharecare to make his now home county of Mendocino, CA have the opportunity to make the healthy choice the easy choice.
